Jackfruit Bowl

Jackfruit seeds contain vitamin A that is an essential vitamin for healthy hair and to prevent dryness and brittle hair.

Jackfruit is loaded with carbohydrate and calorie. This is a rich source of simple sugar like fructose and sucrose that gives instant energy. The fruit contains zero cholesterol that makes it a safe and healthy food.
Ingredients
4 Tomatoes
2 Potatoes
1/2 Onion
Salt
Black
Pepper
Cumin
Paprika
2 Cups of water
1 Cup of garbanzos (Canned or Cooked your preference)
1 Can of Jackfruit
1 chopped green chili or chili of your choice)
2 Cups of Vegetable Broth IN A SEPARATE POT
Bring vegetable broth to boil
add 1 can 1of jackfruit boil for 15 minutes
Maintain fire on Medium for the whole recipe 1. Oil pan enough to coat the surface
Add 4 chopped tomatoes (your choice)
Add 1/2 onion chopped (your choice)
Add 3 chopped potatoes (your choice)
5. Add to liking
Black Pepper
Cumin
Paprika
6. Add 1 cup of water
Cover Pan for 10 minutes
7. Push items to one side of the pan
Add 1 cup of garbanzo to the empty side of the pan
8. Cover for 10 min * lightly smash garbanzos (optional) Mix jackfruit with vegetable broth in pan 9. Add 1 chopped green chili(chili of your choice)
Add 1 cup of water
10. Add salt for seasoning to liking
mix it all
Cover 10 minutes, let the ingredients settle *Serve with rice and beans of your choice (optional)
